ApeCoin (APE) is an ERC-20 governance and utility token used within the APE Ecosystem to empower and incentivize decentralized community building at the forefront of web3. Now Giottus has become the first cryptocurrency platform to list ApeCoin (APE) in the Indian cryptocurrency market. The non-fungible (NFT) token APE is also getting listed on global exchanges such as Binance and OKX.
On Thursday Giottus users were able to deposit their ApeCoin tokens via the ERC-20 blockchain in their accounts. And on 18 March 2022, trade and withdrawal facilities are also started.
APE ecosystem community consists of Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) and Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC). Both these are the two most popular NFT collections based on the Ethereum blockchain system.
The APE token has launched in April 2021 and after its launch, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) has become the biggest brand in the NFT world. Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) has become a multi-million-dollar sales project and many famous faces including Serena Williams, Adam Draper, Eminem and Mark Cuban have also started joining this project.
Now the price of any unique NFT by BAYC is set at 100 Ethereum (ie. in Indian rupees is equivalent to Rs. 2.2 crores). Recently Yuga Labs has also acquired two of the biggest names in NFTs CryptoPunks and Meebits.
According to Coinmarketcap while writing this post the current price of ApeCoin was $13.47 and its market rank was #35.
