The world’s biggest and most famous cryptocurrency Bitcoin has moved up today. Bitcoin jumped 9.63% in 24 hours volume and is up 23.2% from the year’s low of $32,950.72 on January 24.
Major cryptocurrencies including Ethereum, Binance Coin, Solana, Terra, Polkadot, and others have also jumped up. According to Coinmarketcap on 05 February 2022, Bitcoin is trading at $41,411.55 (9.14% Up), Ethereum $3,016.30 (6.04% Up), Solana $114.83 (10.38% Up), Cardano $1.14 (7.31% Up).
Metaverse related coins including Decentraland, Gala Games, The Sandbox, MyNeighbourAlice, Axie Infinity has also jumped more than 10% in 24 hours.
In the Union Budget 2022, the government has already cleared that cryptocurrencies will not be a legal tender in India. The investors will have to pay 30% tax on gains from trades of virtual digital assets. There will be a 1% TDS on transactions of virtual digital assets.
